That depends on your policy. Most claims are in fact covered by insurance depending on the specific cause of the damage. Typically damages from leaks or pipe breaks are fully covered. We'll work directly with your insurance carrier to ensure your claim is processed.
Many variables come into play when it comes to structural drying such as the amount of time water has been sitting and the size of the area affected. Smaller rooms may take as little as 1 day where entire homes may take a week or more. Again it all depends on severity.
There are lots of factors to determine the cost of repair. Rest assured, most water damage restoration claims are completly covered by insurance and our professionals can deal directly with your agent to get the claim processed.
Our technicians are properly trained, certified and bonded / insured to ensure mold will not develop after our restoration process. In the unlikely event mold does grow, we can remove and clean it so it's not hazardous to your health.

Typically mold growth that is pre-existing from a leak or pipe break is fully covered. Other types of mold from ground moisture may not be. We'll however work directly with your insurance carrier to ensure your claim is processed.
Typical types of mold are not harmful. These are just like molds that you find on bread or food after its been sitting out for a few days. Large concentrations of mold spores can cause allergic reactions and rashes.
